Our Story
From consulting to building
uFlo.ai started with a simple observation: the organizations that will define the next decade aren't just using AI — they're being rebuilt around it. We founded uflo to be the company that makes that rebuilding possible.
We began as a consultancy, helping enterprises navigate the shift from traditional automation to agentic AI. But we quickly realized that advising wasn't enough. The most impactful AI solutions are deeply vertical — built with domain expertise, operated with care, and evolved continuously.
That's why we became a portfolio company. Today, we build and operate a family of AI-native platforms across healthcare, fashion, media, events, sponsorship, and influencer marketing. Each brand in our portfolio — from SponsorFlo to MedicalFlo — is a purpose-built intelligence layer for its industry.
Our consulting practice feeds our portfolio, and our portfolio feeds our consulting. It's a flywheel: every client engagement deepens our expertise, and every platform we operate sharpens our consulting.
